Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings

Airline’s Terms and Conditions

Booking with Travonaut means you’re agreeing to the terms set by the airline that issues your ticket. This includes their rules on cancellations, baggage, refunds, and more. Just a heads up, Travonaut is here to help facilitate your booking but isn’t responsible for any changes made by the airlines.

Airlines can change or cancel flights, routes, or schedules without any prior notice. By using our service, you acknowledge that Travonaut isn’t liable for any losses or damages that might arise from these changes.

Code Share Flights

When it comes to code-share flights, any relevant information (like “operated by”) will be clearly shown during the booking process as soon as the airline provides it.

Flight No Show and Missed Segments

If you miss a flight leg, be aware that airlines often cancel the rest of your itinerary automatically. Unfortunately, Travonaut can’t intervene in this situation, and any penalties will follow the airline’s rules.

2. Modifications and Cancellations

For modifications and cancellations, keep in mind that changes to your booking may come with airline fees, plus a service charge from Travonaut.

Cancellations and refunds are subject to the airline’s policies. Refunds will only be processed once the airline has completed their part; please note that Travonaut’s convenience fee is non-refundable.

3. Pricing and Fees

Regarding pricing and fees, the fares you see include taxes and a brief overview of any fees (like convenience charges). To secure your reservation, full payment is necessary.

For infants under 2, reduced fares apply; however, once they turn 2, a child fare will be required for the return trip.

Travonaut reserves the right to adjust ticket prices (before confirmation) due to the ever-changing nature of airline fares.

4. Responsibility and Liability

As for responsibility and liability, Travonaut isn’t responsible for delays, cancellations, overbooking, lost luggage, or any other issues that are beyond our control.

It’s important for users to check their travel documents (like passports, visas, and IDs) because Travonaut can’t be held liable for any problems that arise from missing or incorrect documentation.

Lastly, the maximum liability of Travonaut is limited to the service fees that you have actually paid to us.

5. Group & Corporate Bookings

Corporate Travel: Keep in mind that prices are just estimates until the airline actually issues the ticket. Any fare changes that occur before the ticket is issued are out of Travonaut’s hands.

Group Bookings: The availability of group rates before ticketing is subject to the airline’s policies. Fare changes can happen at any time before issuance, and Travonaut isn’t responsible for any additional costs that may arise.

6. For Travel Agents and Resellers

Travel agencies and third-party resellers are not allowed to use Travonaut’s platform for resale without explicit permission. Any bookings made in violation of this may be canceled without a refund.

7. Check-in & Travel Requirements

For information on airline check-in times and baggage policies, users should refer to the airline’s own guidelines.

Travonaut cannot guarantee boarding; check-in must be completed directly with the airline.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed according to the airline’s policy; Travonaut will initiate the refund once the cancellation is confirmed by the airline.

Please note that any convenience fees charged by Travonaut are non-refundable.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method once the airline processes them.

9. Privacy & Data

Travonaut collects and uses personal information in line with our Privacy Policy to manage bookings, handle payments, and provide support. We only share limited personal data with airlines and service providers when necessary.

User data may be disclosed if required by law or to protect rights and security. For more details, please see our full Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers & Governing Law

Travonaut serves solely as a booking facilitator and is not a carrier or operator of travel services.

To the extent allowed by law, Travonaut disclaims any responsibility for incidents, losses, or damages caused by external factors, including actions by third parties (like airlines, hotels, or agents).

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any legal disputes will be handled in the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

11. Amendments

Travonaut reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users who make bookings after updates are considered to have accepted the new terms.
